We had some discussion on the McMaster Model of Family Functioning. Did you find a web page that explains the work or another source with suggestions on using the assessment?
I used it with a couple last week. Interestingly the female had much higher scores than the male in every category. Before they met she was an inpatient with a diagnosis of "Adjustment Disorder". Their areas of concern are
"Communication" with M = 1.1, F = 2.9
"Problem Solving" with M = 2.0, F = 2.8
The rest are almost spread as much. Her scores are all except one above the cutoff scores and all of his are below the cutoff scores except one that is equal.
